We’re looking for a head of Product who will lead our Product vision and take our Product strategy to the next level.
This role is for a builder. You’ll set the vision for how our product evolves while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure we’re delivering the right solutions at the right time. You’ll bring a mix of big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution, guiding a team operating at the core of Lattice’s business.
Reporting directly to our CEO and serving on the executive team, you’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers and partner closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer experience to deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll be responsible for both scaling our core products and incubating new 0→1 opportunities.
Define and lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring we’re solving real customer problems while advancing the company’s mission
Lead and scale the Product Management function, building strong teams and frameworks to support focus and execution
Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership to deliver high-quality, user-centric products at scale
Drive product planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle management with clear priorities and a bias for impact
Work closely with our Customer and Marketing teams to stay deeply connected to the voice of the customer and the evolving needs of the market
Develop a clear and compelling strategy for AI across our product portfolio, ensuring we’re leveraging AI in ways that are thoughtful, useful, and aligned with our values
Own and evolve our integrations strategy, ensuring Lattice fits seamlessly into the broader HR tech and productivity ecosystem
Drive operational excellence across EPD by aligning priorities, streamlining processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration
Represent Product on the executive team, contributing to company-wide strategy, planning, and communication
10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of B2B SaaS products across various stages of maturity
5+ years managing product managers, including experience scaling teams and developing leaders
Proven ability to combine customer insight, technical fluency, and business strategy to deliver world-class products
Track record of building high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams that drive innovation and impact
Experienced in developing a product vision and strategy that thoughtfully incorporates AI to enhance user experience and drive innovation
Equally comfortable with long-term strategy and day-to-day execution: you know when to zoom out and when to dive in
Executive presence with excellent communication, influence, and decision-making skills
Passion for our mission and a deep commitment to helping customers build high-performing cultures
Values-driven leader who brings clarity, focus, transparency, and accountability, including investing deeply in people and culture
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $400,000 - $450,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
This position is also eligible for variable compensation of 20% of base salary subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
