💻 What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer II, you’ll be a key player in our development team, helping shape the future of our platform:

• 🛠️ Design & Develop new application features (25%)

• 🐞 Debug, Test & Troubleshoot throughout the development lifecycle (20%)

• 🔧 Modify & Improve existing systems (20%)

• 🧠 Analyze & Solve complex technical challenges (20%)

• 🤝 Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise (10%)

• 📞 Support systems via on-call rotation (5%)

🧠 What You Bring

• 4–6 years of software development experience

• Intermediate skills in Java, Kotlin or similar

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Collaborative spirit and ability to build partnerships

• Clear, audience-aware communication skills

• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments

• Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Required Education & Certifications:

• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $120,000 to $135,000 or more depending on experience.
