Under general direction, the IT Technician is responsible for providing end-user support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within a refining environment. Working closely with onsite resources, the technician will gain hands-on experience supporting network operations and administration, including installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of refining business systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in supporting Apple iOS and mobile devices Experience with ServiceNow (I
