Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale large-scale distributed systems supporting enterprise fulfillment platforms. This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on Node.js, TypeScript, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have recent production experience building and operating resilient cloud-native backend systems and be comfortable with scalability, reliability, messaging, observability, failure handling, and
